Bianca is a yoga teacher and yoga therapist whose work is rooted in the traditional teachings of yoga, inspired by Vedanta philosophy, the lineage of Swami Sivananda, and the practice of Krishnamacharya.
She teaches based on the classical eight-limbed path of yoga described by Patañjali, integrating asana, breathwork, concentration, and meditation. Her approach combines the depth of traditional yoga with modern knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and neuroscience.
Bianca has been practicing yoga since 2015 and teaching professionally since 2018. Her classes focus on precise, mindful movement and therapeutic adaptation, creating a safe and supportive space where each person can explore their body, breath, and inner balance.
