Cancellations
We understand plans can change.
Cancel more than 48 hours in advance → no check-ins will be lost.
Cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment → the used check-ins will be counted as compensation for the reserved time.

With your L or XL plan, you can visit us up to 30 times per month.
Your membership offers greater flexibility to combine massages and Wellness check-ins, giving you more opportunities to care for your body and mind.
If your massage check-in has already been used, you may still book using the paid option.
